RP-SMA Female Crimp Connector for 8D-FB

RP-SMA Female crimp connector commonly used in professional cellular amplifier systems. This connector is optimal for use with a 8D-FB coaxial cable and it is compatible with cables with an outer jacket diameter of 11.1 mm and a dielectric diameter of 7.5 mm.

The impedance of 50 ohms ensures compatibility with other components of the RF mobile amplifier systems. The metal housing makes the connector resistant to mechanical damage.

The installation of the connector requires a special crimping tool. The central contact of the connector (pin) is soldered to the central core of the cable. This significantly improves the quality of signal transmission and the insensitivity of the assembled connector to vibrations.

Special tools, as well as soldering and crimping skills, are required to assemble the connector and mount it on the 8D-FB cable. Soldering and crimping provide better contact quality
and, thus, good signal transmission and durability than screw connectors. Importantly, the RP-SMA Female is supplied with a heat shrink tube to protect the connector from moisture and dust.
